Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Culture may change this policy from time to time by updating this page.

What We Collect

We collect user provided information. Information is collected through the use of web forms including but not limited to contact forms, sign up forms and checkout forms. User information collected for example would be names, email addresses and phone numbers. If you make a purchase through our website payments are processed through a trusted third party encrypted gateway. Culture does not collect and store credit card information. All payment details are handled by the secure third party processor.

Consignment Terms and Conditions

By leaving inventory with Culture Shoes and Clothing you agree to the terms and conditions

  • All Items must be brand new 
  • Prices are subject to change depending on the market. (Seller will be contacted)
  • If a customer returns your item it will be added back into your inventory and your account will be debited. 
  • Culture Shoes and Clothing is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Returning of items to consigners: We may return items back to seller for any reason at any time. Items will be returned in person or mailed. (Store's discretion)
  • There is a limit of 5 items per day that will be returned to consigners.
  • Culture has up to 90 days to return inventory after consigner request.
  • Culture reserves the right to move inventory between all Culture locations.

Shipping and Handling

All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments.

Orders are shipped using the selected method you as the customer chooses during checkout. Once location is entered, shipping fee is calculated. 

For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option! 

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.  We will provide a tracking number for all shipments.
